TIMELINE

  1. 01/24/2024 Weekly Wednesday Noon Zoom Info Calls begin to support teams and university reps with questions: PLEASE NOTE THE NEW ZOOM LINK FOR THIS MEETING:

  2. Due 02/02/2024 Each ACC University selects a faculty representative to manage the event requirements and schedule for the University and team

  3. Due 02/09/2024 Each ACC University selects a student venture to compete in the ACC InVenture Prize

  4. Each University representative works with its student or student team to prepare them for the competition and create content for a 2:13 pitch video

  5. Due 03/01/2024 Each team submits pitch video content to the event producers

  6. The producers edit and produce pitch videos from the submitted content

  7. 03/21/2024 Final video pitches are published on the ACC InVenture Prize website

  8. Judges view the pitch videos

  9. 03/25/2024 Student teams field questions from judges via zoom (schedule TBA)

  10. 03/25/2024 People’s Choice voting opens and runs through the broadcast

  11. 03/26/2024 Student teams travel to the host university, arriving prior to 3:00pm

  12. 03/26-27/2024 Students participate in social activities and rehearsals at the studio

  13. 03/27/2024 Students pitch their venture to the judges and field final judge questions on live TV and winners are announced

  14. 03/28/2024 Teams return home
