8:00 University Rep / Steering Committee Meeting at hotel

9:00 Gather for Transportation to Idea Center in Hotel Lobby

9:15 - 10:15 Idea Center Tour and Team Bonding Activity

10:15 Gather for transportation to Eck Center

10:30 - 11:45 Campus Tour, Eck Center

11:45 - 12:45 Lunch, South Dining Hall

12:45 Bus Departs for Hotel

1:00 - 1:45 Students prep for the show at the Hotel

1:45 Gather in Lobby to walk to Embassy Suites - note you will not return to the hotel until after the show at 10pm

2:00 - 4:45 Full Tech rehearsal, Embassy Suites Ballroom

5:00 - 6:00 Boxed Dinner, Embassy Suites Ballroom

6:30 Stage Call, Embassy Suites Ballroom

7:00 - 8:00 Live Broadcast of ACC InVenture Prize, Embassy Suites Ballroom

8:30 - 10:00 After Party, Sevenon9

10:00 Shuttles to hotel

DAY 3 - Saturday, March 28, 2026

5:00 am - 12:00 pm Airport transfers back to SBN for return travel
