6:45 - 9:45 PM | Judge Meet and Greets + Production Rehearsal, DeBartolo Center for Performing Arts

10:00 PM | Return to Hotel for the evening

DAY 2 - Wednesday, March 17, 2027

6:00 - 8:30 AM | Breakfast served in Hotel

8:00 AM | University Rep / Steering Committee Meeting at Hotel

9:00 AM | Gather for Transportation to Idea Center in Hotel Lobby

9:15 - 10:15 AM | Idea Center Tour and Team Bonding Activity

10:15 AM | Gather for transportation to Eck Center

10:30 - 11:45 AM | Campus Tour, Eck Center

11:45 AM - 12:45 PM | Lunch, South Dining Hall

12:45 PM | Bus Departs for Hotel

1:00 - 1:45 PM | Students prep for the show at the Hotel

1:45 PM | Gather in Lobby to walk to DeBartolo Center for Performing Arts - note you will not return to the hotel until after the show at 10pm

2:00 - 4:45 PM | Full Tech rehearsal, DeBartolo Center for Performing Arts

5:00 - 6:00 PM | Boxed Dinner, DeBartolo Center for Performing Arts

6:30 PM | Stage Call, DeBartolo Center for Performing Arts

7:00 - 8:00‍ ‍PM | Live Broadcast of ACC InVenture Prize, DeBartolo Center for Performing Arts

8:30 - 10:00 PM | After Party, Sevenon9

10:00 PM | Shuttles to Hotel

5:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Airport bus transfers back to SBN for return travel
