9:30 - 11:30 Blocking Rehearsal, Downes Ballroom

11:45 - 12:45 Lunch, South Dining Hall

12:45 Bus Departs for Hotel

1:00 - 1:45 Prep for the show at the Hotel

1:45 Bus departs hotel for Downes Ballroom - note you will not return to the hotel until after the show at 10pm

2:00 - 4:45 Full Tech rehearsal, Downes Ballroom

5:00 - 6:00 Boxed Dinner, Downes Ballroom

6:30 Stage Call, Downes Ballroom

7:00 - 8:00 Live Broadcast of ACC InVenture Prize, Downes Ballroom

8:30 - 10:00 After Party, Sevenon9

10:00 Shuttles to hotel

DAY 3 - Saturday, March 28, 2026

5:00 am - 12:00 pm Airport transfers back to SBN for return travel
